No, I won’t shave all of your brow hair off. I’ll only clean up what’s outside of the shape. And no, ombré brows won’t stop your hair from growing. So you’ll still have to keep it cleaned up. It’ll be much easier to clean them up yourself with a disposable razor...or you can still get them waxed or threaded.
